Hello and thank you for visiting my belly casting course!  I learned this method of belly casting at the Dona conference in 2002.   Since then I’ve shared this technique with the local birth community all around the globe – from California to Connecticut to Italy – and now I’m excited to bring it to you online!

There are many different methods of casting.  The one I’ll be showing you in this course involves using cloth plaster strips like physicians used years ago when setting a cast before they starting using fiberglass.  It’s the simplest and most affordable method and the easiest to learn and the supplies needed are very affordable.
